DMC Events LA, is available to perform a variety of services for its clients from day-of event oversight to turn-key event design, planning and execution.  The DMC team specializes in complex events with many moving pieces and a VIP-level guest experience.  Although both David and Marco's niche revolves around managing the dining experience and staff management and oversight, the DMC Consulting team is fully capable of seeing any of your creative concepts from concept to reality.  

Both David and Marco come from performing dance backgrounds and believe strongly in the "onstage" and "offstage" perception towards event execution.  The true VIP experience is one in which all service is invisible to the attendees, yet every single one of their desires is catered to before they even realized they had the need.

DMC's events focus on multi-sensory stimulation and every detail is approached with care and precision, ensuring troubleshooting occurs and complex technical facilitation rehearsed.  Events are like choreographed performances and the implementers are the performers; everyone has an important role in creating the illusion of perfection for the client and the guests, so that their experience at every event they attend will raise their expectations and set the bar for greatness moving forward.

In concept, DMC Staff members will be able to do the job of 1.5 butlers from competitive staffing companies.  

We started DMC Certification with the goal of providing standardized processes and trainings for staff members to provide excellent guest experiences at banquets, conferences, weddings, corporate events, dinner parties, award shows, etc.

The art of creating a Certification Program results in professionals across the country working the same way in an industry without any significant protocols and processes in place for simplified training combining both classroom and interactive activities designed to engrain the lessons into each certified member's method of performance.
