David's diverse background includes anywhere from ballet performance to event production management and execution. David has over 15 years experience designing and managing large scale energy efficiency and sustainability programs for state and local governments, as well as large utility companies throughout the states. David has spent many years working in commercial real estate development, which helped him fine-tune his project management skills and multi-tasking expertise. Prior to real estate endeavours, both David and Marco designed and built a casual dining restaurant, which quickly became a critically acclaimed "Top 10 Restaurant" in Columbus, OH within its first year of business.
Special skillsets: Marketing, strategic planning and implementation, project management and program management, and sustainability project development, organization, budgeting, problem solving and systems development.
Marco's expertise in the hospitality industry is unsurpassed. With over 30 years experience planning and overseeing the guest experience for hotels, restaurants, and large-scale events throughout North America. Marco is currently supervising events for Wolfgang Puck Catering in LA after a number of years managing all catering operations for the LA Music Center. Marco's experience as a trained chef and fine-dining expert has led to him training others as well as designing systems to help streamline and facilitate a smoother experience for event attendees and clients.
